Most satellite dish faults are repairable on the same visit. Common issues we fix:

Freesat — the smart alternative to a Sky subscription
Freesat gives you over 200 TV and radio channels via satellite with no monthly subscription whatsoever. All you need is a satellite dish and a Freesat receiver or Freesat-equipped TV. For customers who want more channels than Freeview but don't want to pay monthly Sky fees, Freesat is an excellent option — and we install and configure complete Freesat systems from scratch.
International satellite — Hotbird & more
The Hotbird satellite at 13° East carries hundreds of free-to-air and premium channels from across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia. It's particularly popular with communities in South London who want access to Arabic, French, Turkish, Polish, Italian, or South Asian language programming that isn't available on UK domestic platforms.
We design and install Hotbird systems, advise on which channels and packages are available, and can combine Hotbird reception with a Sky or Freesat system on the same dish mount using a motorised or multi-LNB setup.

Frequently asked questions
Can you complete a Sky installation that Sky refused?+
Yes — very often. Sky engineers work to strict protocols and decline installations that involve unusual heights, awkward access, or shared buildings. Our engineers have specialist heights training and regularly complete jobs Sky turns down. Call us and we'll assess your situation.
What is the difference between Sky Q and Freesat?+
Sky Q requires a monthly subscription and gives you access to Sky's full channel range plus streaming services. Freesat is free — you pay once for the dish and receiver, and then there are no ongoing costs. Both use a satellite dish. We install both and can advise which is right for you.
My Sky dish has no signal — what's the most likely cause?+
The most common causes are a misaligned dish (often after storms), a failed LNB, or a corroded cable connection. Our engineer will test each component and identify the exact fault. Most repairs are completed in a single visit.
Do you install satellite dishes on blocks of flats?+
Yes. For blocks where individual dishes would clutter the building, we can install a communal IRS system so that multiple flats share a single dish installation. We work with freeholders, managing agents, and residents' associations.
Can I get international satellite channels?+
