Our design and installation process
Every home cinema installation begins with a consultation — we visit the room, discuss what you want to achieve, and assess what the space can realistically deliver. Room dimensions, ceiling height, ambient light, wall construction, and your budget all influence the design. We'll present options at different price points and explain the trade-offs.
Installation is typically completed in a single day for a living room setup, or two days for a dedicated cinema room with in-wall speakers and full acoustic treatment. We always programme the system and demonstrate it fully before leaving — you'll know exactly how to get the most from it.
Living room vs dedicated cinema room
Most of our London home cinema installations are in living rooms or open-plan spaces — not dedicated cinema rooms. This requires a different approach to equipment selection: screens and projectors that work with ambient light, sound systems that integrate with the room's existing function, and control systems that the whole family can use easily.
Where clients have a dedicated room available — a basement, a converted loft, or a spare room — we can go further: acoustic treatment, full blackout, immersive Dolby Atmos sound, and a genuinely cinema-like experience.
